Nov 13-15!

Here is this weekend's list o' fun. Get out and enjoy before it gets too cold!!!

THURSDAY

We went to this last year and had a great time and also got some amazing pictures.

Gaylord Texan officially kicks off the Christmas season on Thursday, November 12 with the impressive Lone Star Christmas Tree-Lighting Ceremony.

When the Texas sun sets and its winter skies go dark, Gaylord Texan suddenly comes alive when we flip the switch on the resort's 1.5 million Christmas lights! As a special treat, Mrs. Audrey Geisel — widow of the late Theodor "Dr. Seuss" Geisel and the one-and-only "Mother of the Grinch" — will personally introduce The Grinch as part of the Gaylord family and declare Lone Star Christmas officially open!

Admission to the Lighting Ceremony is free, and afterwards guests are invited to explore the resort, take in the spectacular decorations, and enjoy the festive holiday entertainment. Plus, guests who spend $25 or more at any resort restaurant or retail shop receive validated self-parking.

FRIDAY

We started to watch this movie but got busy doing something else, but would love to finish it, looks so cute!

A Castle Hills FREE Night at the Movies at The Castle Hills Village Shops Plaza, Lewisville, TX
On Nov. 13 at 6pm, enjoy “Up,” Disney’s animated story of 78-year-old Carl Fredricksen, who ties thousands of balloons to his home and sets out to fulfill his lifelong dream of exploring, only to discover he has a stowaway on the trip (PG). Concession stands will be available.
